New Holland Parlor offers 3 separate and unique rooms, each having something special they bring to the table. The upstairs Parlor is our most popular small event. space, perfect for baby showers, birthday parties, corporate meetings, engagement parties, etc. In this room, 100+ year old brick is accompanied by a fireplace and crystal chandeliers, creating an industrial yet soft romantic feel. The Parlor offers a 120” projector screen, gas fireplace, patio, prep kitchen, and a state of the art sound system you can access through your phone.

Downstairs, you will find the Locker Room and Pool Room. The Pool Room is by far our most fun and unique room. What previously served as an Olympic sized swimming pool is now a large reception area with an epoxy floor, making you feel as if you’re walking on water. This room comes with the Locker Room where you can serve food, drinks, and have convenient lounge space for guests. Both rooms come together as a package deal creating the perfect space for larger parties like receptions, proms, corporate events, etc. These rooms also come with a 15’ projector screen, gas fireplace, bar/ prep kitchen, and state of the art sound system with DJ booth.
