The Parlor
The Parlor is the first room you’ll visit after walking through the door. For Parlor, Locker Room, Pool Room packages, This room is used as our ceremony space. The Parlor features 1500 square feet that can seat even our largest guest. counts. It’s complete with its own fire place, chandeliers, and sound system.
Let’s get into some logistics. Because this room is straight through the front door it is completely accessible for wheelchairs. The layout of the building allows a straight shot from the bridal suite and groom’s room. So, don’t worry you’ll be tucked away until the big moment! We leave side isles on each side of the rows to allow easy access for photographers to get the perfect shot without getting in the way. We’ll also provide a small table in the back of the room for your DJ’s set up.
For Parlor, Locker Room packages this room is your reception area. The parlor fits up to 100 guest but 80 comfortably. This room is complete with 5 wooden tables that seat up to 10 people each. If you need more tables we offer 8ft fold out tables. We have extra decorative tables for cake and gifts.
The LockerRoom
For Parlor, Locker Room, Pool Room packages, after the ceremony, your guests will head down the stairs to the Locker Room. This room is used for cocktail hour where food and bar is located. If needed, we do have wheelchair access to this room through another door. For Great Gatsby package we will have our parking attendant shuttle around anyone with handicap needs for easy access. Depending on your timeline, you and your bridal party will remain in the Parlor for photos during cocktail hour. Some couples choose to join their guests in the locker room after photos or you can use that time for an intimate moment with your partner. With excellent natural lighting and photo opportunities on every wall, the locker room offers modern furniture to give a loungy, speakeasy vibe.
Two Buffet tables are provided in this room for your food. We will also supply two black linen if preferred. More tables are available if needed.
The locker room is about 1200 ft.² and is complete with its own fireplace, sound system, and bar!
If you’ve chosen the Parlor + Locker Room package, this is your ceremony space. The Locker Room can seat up to 100 people but we recommend 80 for a more comfortable option. While this space is complete with romantic drapery, a licensed and insured florist is welcome to decorate your arbor space and isle the morning of the wedding. This space has a user friendly sound system for easy access to music for your ceremony. Your DJ is welcome to set up and connect during your rehearsal!
The Pool Room
Ahhh the piece de resistance! The Pool Room features 4000 square feet of perfection. This room comes with a State of the art DJ booth, 15 ft projection screen, and optimum lighting for photos. 12 Venetian top tables cover the pool with seating up our largest guest count. Your very own sweet heart table faces the dance floor where you’ll dance the night away under 8 crystal chandeliers. The sweetheart table can be customized with a NHP decor, or by a licensed vendor. For larger guest counts we highly recommend assigned seating or a seating chart to help your guests fill each seat. The original 102 year old diving board is still in use for toasts, speeches, or DJ announcements. A cake table and gift table is supplied for this room. Talk to us about our dinnerware options that are included in your package.

Locker Room / Parlor Packages
For smaller weddings with a guest count ranging from 40-100, we offer the Parlor and Locker Room combo. We typically recommend no more than 80 guests for these rooms in order to give your guests comfort and you ample room on the dance floor. Ceremonies are held in the Locker Room and Receptions are held upstairs in the Parlor.
Each of these packages include, 3,000 square feet of climate controlled space, Bridal suite, Grooms room, Parlor, Locker Room, prep kitchen, courtyard, complete state of the art sound system, projector, gas fire place, free wifi.
